The office manager was extremely helpful with everything from showing me how to use the lock to making sure I got the right size unit for my items. He stayed over 20 past closing time since i showed up late but he was still extremely helpful and kind.
The staff that I saw were helpful and nice. The unit is spacious and very clean. I Love it. I think my belongings will be safe and free of damage with this storage facility
Storage is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that I was forced to pay for one month of insurance even though I supplied them with a copy of my homeowner's insurance policy on the day I moved in which covers the storage unit. I was told that you had to pay the first month no matter what.
