This is one of the nicest PS I have ever had the privilege to do business with. The property is well maintained. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick is a 5 star employee with his friendly demeanor and quick response in getting the task done. If I ever have storage needs again I'll check this property first.
I would highly recommend this place. I live in the area and I'm moving out of my one bedroom apartment. I made a reservation online and was called immediately to set up an appointment to view the space. Ron did an excellent job recommending the appropriate space for my one bedroom apartment. He was courteous and patient with me when I needed to reschedule my key pick up and kept me at my agreed to Labor Day rate. This place is clean, accessible and safe. It's on a major road in the West Seattle area and is close to the police station (which is important to me) . Go see Ron, he will help you out
