I had used Public Storage a while ago in Kent/ Des Moines area. I'm satisfied from my use of the storage and now more happy to have this one in burien. Justin, the store manager was knowledgeable about this storage facility and explained to me clearly regarding the use of the facility. Good customer service! This facility is aware of the condition of the pandemic that they practice to use sanitizer, plastic shield between the customer and one person at a time etc.
I was helping a friend move and needed a space, and Justin at Public Storage was amazing. He walked me through all the options I had, toured the facility with me, and helped make the process very simple. He was very patient and his help was greatly appreciated.
