Got me in and out very quickly, easy check in process!
The customer service at the front office is good, but the unit itself is really dirty inside. Dirt and debris were all over the floor. Being in a hurry & without a broom, we stored our stuff anyway, but are already planning on having to get our furniture cleaned before using it again.
All you ladies are great. This is my second unit and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy except my door is heavy and it needs a new rope at the bottom, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll talk to Sara about that. I know sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll take care of it.
Staff was very helpful and polite and explained the details very well and even offered to help with the move-in to make it easier for me and my family. Great place!
