Simply outstanding! I made the reservation online. it was available. I drove seven minutes to the facility and the young lady was waiting to be show me the unit. I came down, did paperwork and out of there within half an hour
Move in was seamless thanks to the contact free reservation and then the excellent customer service that representative Trinity provided. —-On day of move-in I walked in and all paperwork was assembled and waiting for me to sign. A walk around/go to the unit and general info on how to enter and depart the building and hours of operation, etc. made it easy!
I had an excellent experience with the office staff. Very helpful, very friendly and caring employees. Special kudos to Trinity who solved an issue I had due to the door size!
