Amazing Customer Service, Gladys Is Very Knowledgeable, Great Spirits, Positive Energy
This place has changed a lot since switching form Morningstar Storage. I practiced with my band there for years. Now it is strictly a storage facility and has a few extra rules. My only complaints are that at 9pm the entire facility shuts down. The elevators, the doors, and the gates. Itテ「竄ャ邃「s not a very safe practice unless you have some sort of security guard present to ensure the facility is empty before locking down. The second complaint is that the back gate remains open 24 hours. Not sure if itテ「竄ャ邃「s broken. Not very secure.
Great service, polite workers and very helpful with all the questions I have.
My parents set up the account the weekend prior to my moving in (at the time of the rental, we had no idea if school was going to close for the semester or not but they wanted to get the unit while they were there just in case) and my mom told the agent that all the information on the screen was my information, not hers. The agent said that was fine, she would fix it once they were done. We ended up getting a phone call when we were almost back to Maryland that we needed to come back to change the paperwork. We went back this weekend to do that and we were yelled at by another agent to stand outside the office since they were only letting one person in at a time. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting. Too bad they weren't offering free rentals like other places are to college kids being booted off campus unexpectedly due to the Corona Virus. Other than that, the facility is convenient to campus, very clean and easy to find our way around in. This is our second year renting and would definitely recommend to friends.
Great people, price, and facility
