The survey is forcing me to enter something here so here it goes; Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price. I did lose some conveniences as other places, like an elevator, but the unit is decent. No rat/mouse droppings found, which was nice to see. There were stains in my unit (oil based), so I had to tarp the floor, just in case. Otherwise The sign-up and check in was easy. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to bother anyone and nobody bothered me. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all we can ask for in life.
I had no problem finding the storage. The directions that I was given were very clear. The storage was very which impressed me. thank you

Over all experience was excellent! Customer service is top notch! From inquiring about rental units to securing a unit - everything was awesome. Best experience I've had renting a storage unit. I would definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs.
I was helped by your representative, Errol, at this facility and he was extremely helpful, very courteous, and suggested several units that could accommodate my needs as a single, senior woman who depends solely on herself. But he was able to suggest what would be easiest for me to unload and load and placed my rentals as close as possible to each other, proving a great aid to me. Rarely do you find someone who takes the time to understand your individual needs and then responds with just the right solution. Whatever the cost -- THE SERVICE AND KINDNESS ARE PRICELESS. A very happy camper!!
A little hard to spot initially, but after entering, is a good bang for your buck storage complex.
Location was good and prices was better then any other storage place in Manassas area.. A BIG shout out to Kristina who was great.
