Great facility! Clean, well lit and secure!! Many carts available to help move your things! Would have given it 5 stars if not for the extra fees...insurance is required (which we did not really need), so had to pay an extra $20.00 for that. They also do.not provide locked units, so need to purchase a lock as well. Otherwise, would recommend!

Smooth check in process and easy access
We recently moved into a new home and were very overwhelmed with all that we had to get done in a short period of time. Our experience with this company made our move so much easier. Tyler Oldfield and Sulai Jehad had such a great attitude and were very accommodating no matter how may requests we put before them. They were patient and took extra time in explaining the entire process and all of the benefits the company had to provide. Tyler was able to understand what we needed even when we didn't. Tyler also has a lot of ideas of how to keep good clients and make new ones. Even with our last move, we kept our business with Tyler because he took such good care of us. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has storage needs. They should really consider expanding to moving services since it's so hard to find a good moving company and people who take such good care of their customers.
