The only drawback that I have is that there is no working inside lighting in my unit.
I have never used a storage facility before. The gentleman who helped me at the counter was very helpful and understanding. He explained everything and helped me to locate the best unit to fit me needs and account for the fact that I'm basically doing this move all on my own. On my second day in the facility, I had difficulty opening my door. He was right there is a minute to give me a few pointers on getting the door open. Very courteous, helpful and patient with me!
