I rented here for a month-ish. I landed with them via sparefoot.com gateway and dealt with Miles. I chose this facility off a review, and the service was incredible. Not only the easiest to book, but when I told Miles I was pulling up with a trailer, he made a conscious effort and put me in a unit that enabled me the easiest turn around and not have to fuss with any kind of backing up. Who does that these days? He was so pleasant on the phone, explained everything very well. The unit itself was perfect and very clean. He also made check out extraordinarily easy! I had some connectivity challenges being on travel in remote locations, but he had the patience and professionalism to help me tie up all my loose ends, and check out of the unit with such ease. Even went above and beyond to assist. It's this kind of service - actual humans helping other humans that really make a night and day difference, ya know? Thanks Miles. Miles was extremely customer service oriented, polite, handled the set up and move in easily and thoroughly. Even assigned me a convenient unit once i told him i was coming with stuff on a utility trailer (as opposed to a box truck). This way i could easily maneuver and still drive right up to my door. In a world dominated by lack of the ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彗bove and beyondﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ approach, this facility really restored my faith a bit. Cheers Miles, and thx.
The experience renting was very easy and although sometimes you have to leave a message on the answering machine, they are responsive and friendly. Easy payments online. Move out was a cinch! Always treated fairly and with respect. The place isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fancy, but it was perfect for my needs
