Great experience from beginning to end. Using the Square Foot site I easily found what I was looking for. When I arrived at the facility my reservation was in place. After a few minutes of paperwork, I had everything I needed for packing. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience.
easy to reserve a unit and friendly customer service
Expensive but we needed a unit. They offered free truck with move in, but didnt tell us that the driver had to be over 21. When we brought a driver, they then informed us that the drivers insurance would have to cover him driving a box truck. I felt very deceived and frustrated, as the employee was rude about it.
