Spare Foot made things super easy and the checkin was all set up and fast and easy when I arrived! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family as well as clients.
The facility was clean and well lit. The gentleman in the office was helpful and courteous. He explained everything in a clear manner. They were out of locks, so I had to go to another facility to get one. No big deal. The most disappointing thing was that I reserved a unit for $133/mo and showed the e-mail to him multiple times but I ultimately ended up paying $140. No explanation was really given for the discrepancy. It's not a crazy increase but it is frustrating.
