I was highly impressed with the professional approach of the lady who attended to me. Her name is Danielle. This is my first time renting a public storage , and hopefully it's not going to be the last.
Personnel were polite, informative, and listened to our concerns. The space was secure, well-lit, clean,and accessable. Boxes, packing items, etc were well displayed and pricing was clear.

Space is clean and staff was nice. Two things that got me a bit was the mandatory insurance that i was told i had to get. Hidden cost was not welcome and should be listed better that this is a req. I have my property insured on my own and paying extra thru public storage is frustrating 2, cost was a bit more then expected. Esp for the size of the unit... i understand that the area is pricey but igs several miles from old town alexandria and more from arlington and wdc. Overall the space is fine, just more then i was wanting to pay, but was stuck and needed space asap, to you got me.
