The attendant was young and obviously new at the job but he explained everything to me as best as he could so that I was able to return the next day to drop off household items and enter the premises with no problems.

This is my first time ever renting a storage space and I have to say it couldn't of worked out any better. First the location of Public Storage. I needed it to be somewhere close by where I was moving my things, and secondly, the storage space was very adequate and clean. And last but not least, the promotion that Public Storage was offering were also an attractive deal (rent the 1st month and the 2nd month is Free).
I had a wonderful experience with the Gentry Drive...Sterling location. Very polite, and customer oriented. I rented in the past from the Ox road location and received very poor customer service, but I like the prices and the convenience, as well as the security of public storage so I gave them another chance, but at a different location and am very pleased so far.
