Unexpectedly I needed a unit within hours. I was at work and would not be able to make it to the office before closing time. Great customer service was offered and I was able to get a clean unit in a safe and secure location!!

Overall I am very satisfied with the rental of this storage unit. When I first opened my unit, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the storage locker itself. The staff in the office were very kind and willing to help where they needed. I would rent from here again.
The unit was easy to get to and the as very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location is really close to Baylor University, which is super helpful when it comes to moving your boxes. However, the facility itself is a little dingy- the gate is slow and to get out of the lot, you have to race out of your car to enter the code and rush back inside your car to drive out in time. The storage is a little rusty but will hold your things fine. Price might be a little steep for the storage units themselves, but the location is great.
We had to get a storage unit at the very last minute and found this location less than a mile from our location. We were able to do everything over the phone and were moving in within the hour. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience and solved our problem. I would highly recommend them.
