It was easy to get a hold of someone and get everything set up. The storage space was great and a perfect location.
Excellent location with all the units on the grounds floor. Very helpful staff, made easier for us with this being our second time renting a Public Storage unit in Texas. The location needs more trolleys (only 2 at the time we needed them) and our previous location had 6 - you also have to ask at reception for them as they are kept locked away. Happy to have the unit there
I had a great time in meeting with the lady at the Public Storage on Fredrickburg Rd. She was very knowledgeable of the place. Showed me the storage before I rented it to make sure it was what I needed.
Great customer service. Just besides the hidden fee of insurance which I understand if that is required but they make it seem that the 1st month is $1 fee but there is hidden fee when you show up. It's the total of other storage units around town. And I have to pay more monthly with public storage. Also I have rented else where and they have dulleys to move items to my storage unit unfortunately they dont have that available. Which is a bit hard for someone who is healing from health issues. But customer service is great!
the two young ladys who helped me out were very friendly, very informative and went out of there way for me. I do appreciate them explaining to me all the details of renting and leaving. thank you to the the two young ladies who went out of there way for me.
The gate code is so long and they've recently raised prices by like 20 dollars.

Great location, manager was nice and help full with storage and merchandize. Would definitely recommend this property.
The storage unit was perfect size and bargain on price. Totally worth it for a fast in and out renting on unit. Plus security gate has restrictions having you type gate code in&out and time on closing gate. The wide space is the best with my having a truck making it easy to maneuver getting access to my storage unit.
Clean units, controlled access gate, climate controlled units. Use of the rolling cart is the only way I could have placed my belongings in this unit. Thank you
