The employee was extremely understanding,courteous and helpful with pertinent information both vocal and visual. The employee personified both skill and empathy and gained my trust. I rented my unit and left with the peace of mind that my needs were met and my items would be secure until i need to retrieve them.

Public storage has always had clean units good security and good access hours. Ive used them in Austin and here in San Antonio. The 281 near hollywood park location is perfect for my needs. And the staff there were great. Cant go wrong with public storage. My cost for leasing my unit was super good.
