I got locked out at 9pm when the gates say we can still access the building until 10pm update your hours so no one else gets locked out. Also fixed the door to building F I was unable to get out from the inside it was jammed I had to use another exit door and walk around the entire building to get to my vehicle. I called customer service the lady was trying to help she gave me another code since my app not my code I was given didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. If the codes change you need to advise your customers. I was supposed to get a phone call regarding this and I never received one.
Its was quick and easy to get the paperwork done and into our unit. The agent in the office was very nice and quick. Thanks sparefoot and life storage.
