Clerk was a little rude when attempting to take a tour of the unit, my husband forgot his mask and was told he could not enter the facility which is understandable but when entering the facility there were other unit renters walking about without masks. Unit is very clean, I would recommend a few extra dollies, had to wait 30 mins before one became available.
We are happy to be back using Public Storage! We found this location to be very clean, very well maintained & professionally run. The staff (Tina & Zeke) were very helpful, courteous & accommodating in ensuring our storage needs. We liked the rates And found them very reasonable, a decent value.
