Great place :) called ABC payed and moved in sane day with no hassle
It's hassle free move in. Lance, the managing supervisor for life storage on site between McNeil and FM 620 is a very difficult person to work with. I've tried twice renting a parking space there and I was denied due to minor issues. His assumptions always ruins the experience. His errors are not reimbursed for additional charges and no apologies for making the mistake. I'm just done dealing with his harsh controlling personality. Never will I rent a space from that location in the future.

And the staff in the office and their customer service - let's just say Tracy and John made our first day check-in a breeze! They were extremely helpful and courteous! The pricing is not very competitive, the facility is very clean and secure and I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t agree with charging the admin fee when youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re staying at the same location just moving to a different unit
