Connie at the Manvel location is an asset to Public Storage. She helps ensure you understand the contract and does whatever she can to make your move-in easy. I had to change from a smaller unit to a larger unit and then add another unit. Connie made everything easy. This would have been a headache any where else. The facility is very clean and she is continually walking around checking locks and taking care of customers and the facility.
Connie. The property manager was awesome; helpful, accommodating and very pleasant. The computer system crashed which caused some disruption (delay)
Nice storage , very friendly workers and explained everything, showed us the unit.Everything about the whole experience was 5 starts. Only thing that i was Highly unsatisfied was the "$1 Catch" says $1 first month rent then when you go to is you have to pay all these hidden fees, total was $66 Not fair & should say on there that they would be more fees besides the $1
