Awesome communication from the start. I reserve my storage about two weeks before actually moving in I got a call right away regarding storage process. Easy and fast contract process. Very helpful customer service.
Was very impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that the building was nice and cool. I also loved that there was a truck unloading dock. Was very convenient. The only complaint I have was that there was only one elevator so you have to wait your turn but not a big deal. My overall experience has been very good.
Pros: Storage area is gated, and smaller units are indoors. It seemed clean and dry. Cheaper than UHaul for (I believe) a comparable product. Cons: On the particular day I was there, some technical difficulties made paperwork take about an hour. I don't think it was anyone's fault, and the employee checking me in did his best to resolve the issue. Also, pricing is not the most clear on the website; the listed price includes insurance, but the website doesn't mention insurance. It turns out I didn't need insurance, so my price was actually cheaper than the list price. Still confusing to figure out. Conclusion: I wish the price insurance was itemized in the online listing. Regardless, would recommend to a friend.
