It was a good. hassle-free experience. The managers there were very helpful and had almost all my paperwork ready for me because I had already signed up with sparefoot. They actually called me within 24 or 48 hrs after I had been on the sparefoot website and confirmed receipt of my request. I completed all the paperwork and the tour of the facility on my lunch break.
