Michelle is a real joy. And a great service provider.
Staff was great. A little pushy on trying to plus sale the supplemental moving supplies, but I kind of expected to be asked "do you want large fries with that." Setting up the lease was easy with the pre-check in. The facility is a bit dated, back fence had some damage, but the rent price seems in line.

I love Ms. Crystal shes very nice, genuine and i enjoy talking to her every time i come to make a payment. She's very persuasive; I'm glad I got the storage insurance and some couch covers. You just don't get good help these days.
Crystal was awesome. Very helpful and very nice. She answered all of our questions that we had and was able to make the process nice and smooth! The units were nice and well taken care of and the grounds were clean and upkept as well. No problems here!
