The woman I spoke to on the phone was excellent, she got all my information and everything was ready to go when I got to the storage facility. When I got there, the young lady at the front desk was polite got my account set up immediately. She was able to help me get the best deal possible.
They were patient and walked me through the entire process. The online booking was very simple and when I made it to the location the front desk agent was very nice and helpful.

what makes any company great it's the people, you can have a great plan or a great program or a great a product but if you have mediocre people working for you, your business it's a mediocre business. I have lived in different cities and I have used storage rooms from various storage companies for more than 15 years. so I can compare apples to apples, and in reality a storage room it's a storage room. but what makes the difference it's the people you are dealing with... all I can say that you have a great employee I'm talking about Kim, she has been wonderful to me, she is a good character, sweet, cordial, very respectful and of course very helpful, and as long as you have great people like Kim working for your company, you will have a great company and a lots of happy customers and I'm one of them... so having saying that I'm pleasure to give a five stars rating to Public Storage for the excellent service I have received and also for keeping the buildings and the whole area super clean...
