The cleanest storage storage units i've ever seen staff is great
Outstanding service and storage facility.
Accessing my unit during normal business hours is probably the most difficult to deal with this storage facility. Means I have to take off work and lose money just to store stuff in time before the gate closes. I didn't check the hours because the industry norm is at least 9pm some later. I'll make sure to check the hours on every rental location from here on.
I accidentally booked two storage units. One at this location and another at 2100 North Loop West. Upon figuring this out, Railynn, was able to assist me. She not only called me back on a Sunday, but had the other unit removed and got me a better price on a unit with her building. A for customer service!! Thank you again Railynn.

Great support from George the site manager. The Public Storage app allows you to use your phone to open gates and operate elevators instead of remembering your 6 digit passcode. Plenty of parking and easy access off the 610.
Pricing seems to be inconsistent. I went to get a second storage and they wouldn't link it to my husband's account, but they also wouldn't give me the free month. They also spelled my name wrong. Unsure why you can't have two people on an account. I do appreciate the steps they are taking for safety during the current pandemic.
