Excellent customer service there. I don't know the young lady that works in the morning time but she has been absolutely helpful and outstanding. I believe there is no better storage place.
The storage is very well managed and clean as well. I am so happy having my stuff in this Storage.
Service was good. Facility is not great. Rolling carts rendered unusable by steps in the walkway. Only one cart for entire building. Access doors aren't accessible. Air conditioned spaces warned to be hot an humid because doors don't get closed. For me it was still worth it because of location, but the actual facility is substandard.
Couldn't have been an easier, quicker, and seamless transaction. Great company, Becky was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The facility is top notch, accessible with helpful staff. Melissa, the property manager on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, TX was exceptional in welcoming me and explaining the process throughout our meeting prior to moving in. The only surprise was my expectation of the price of the first month as I had used an unrelated comparison website to pick the facility. The problem seems to be that THEY, not PS, did not take into account for insurance, lock fee and admin fee that were a part of the standard deal. My price expectation was not true, but it was not the Public Storage site I was on. So, PS gets a hard 5 stars from me for their part of the renting experience.
The management is great. Melissa in the office was quick, efficient, friendly and so responsive. She was ready and waiting for me after I called needing to add a second room unexpectedly. I really appreciated her help. The rooms and facility are clean and convenient. I recommend them!
