My prereview is that the storage units look great from the pictures. The 1 person I know having these units say good things.
If driving with a trailer, you must stay out in the road (turning lane) because there isn't enough room before the gate. Gravel ground and not paved can make the place muddy after rain. It's basic, so if you need better facilities you might want to try another place.
When we arrived, I had to call 3 times to get a code to unlock the gate. I was put on hold because it was the first of the month and they were very busy. when I arrived at the unit I had rented by contract, it still had trash and some boxes in it, and the phone call that I made the switch units was handled efficiently and expediently by the young man who answered the phone. All of the paperwork was done over the phone, no additional charges, I was happy, I move my things in to a unit that did not have water standing in it or trash in it and was able to go on with my day.
All the paper work was done online. Straight forward, easy process. The storage unit was all ready to use over just one phone call. Definitely reliable for unexpected situations where you need a storage right away.
