I went in to this location to buy some moving supplies. The young woman working in the office was so helpful. Not only did I get what I came in for, she showed me items I didn't even realized I needed for my packing. Wonderful service. I'll definitely be back!
Lauren signed me up for a storage unit today. She was professional and thorough and, given the paperwork involved, quite efficient. The facility appears to be clean and well maintained.
Lauren and Public Storage on Bee Caves have given me the best offsite storage experience I've ever had. I was renting a large 10x25 unit but wanted to downsize significantly to a 10x5. Lauren made the entire transaction easy by handling the transfer paperwork mostly over the phone. She made available to me both units for a couple of days to give me plenty of time to transfer everything. She also made available to me temporarily an extra lock, dollies, and furniture movers so that I didn't have to buy these things myself. Lauren even arranged to give away a table and chairs that I no longer wanted! The units are very clean, the climate control is stable, lighting is good and safe, and you can even unload and load your vehicle under shelter from rain and other bad weather without ever getting your belongings wet. If you are looking for high quality and service-oriented storage in West Austin, this place is definitely worth it!

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and in good shape. They are easy to work with and I would give the facility and staff 5 stars. I would definitely rent here again. I removed a star on the overall rating because I don't appreciate the Public Storage corporate practice of getting you in, then jacking up your rate bit by bit (mine went up almost 50% in 1.5 years). I'm sure they all do this, but it's worth planning for. I just changed units during the winter months to bring my rate back down - the monthly rate is substantially less expensive in winter. I'm sure it will rise again, but it saved money for now.
