My man Keith the guard on duty was very friendly and helpful. Space was easy to access. They had dollies to use right there when you got in and even though we were on the second story we had no problem unloading our van. There is one hidden fee and that is the fee for the lock that you have to purchase and they offer no refund. But with the $1 first month rate it just made it $25 for the space I was using. My two brothers and I are are unpacking our 3 rooms we grew up in and the 10 x 5 space was big enough for all our boxes and then some that we are storing. Didn't have any furniture.
