Good customer service but unexpected added fees
After becoming very frustrated with the customer service personal (their lack of communication with the office was unacceptable), Christine went above and beyond to help me get set up and moved in. If it was not for her taking control of the situation I would have been waiting in the parking lot for over an hour.
It's a super clean facility. Clint was super friendly and glad we chose them.
They called me back immediately. The price was GREAT! The unit is new and state-of-the-art building in design. Overall, Extra Space is the best storage facility I've used in over a decade. Actually, It's the probably the best I've ever used.
