The manager i think his name is "Thomas"...? I pray that's correct but anyways he is simply outstanding, he remembered who i was from when i was his client around a year ago and hes just as on point as i can remember him being also... i will always recommend this place simply because of how awesome he was/is and his customer service is lets just say a 10 out of 10 its a good 15 ty again for all your help
Excellent service and very congenial person that helped us.
Likely my own fault for not checking the unit before move-in, but it was not a rectangular room as I had expected which made packing in significantly more complicated given the reduced floor space. The roll-up door sizes also vary a bit so I recommend checking the width meets your needs. Also I must note there were massive screws coming through the ceiling which meant you couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stuff things all the way to the top without risking scratching them or poking holes in your wrapping. I do want to give a kudos to Thomas (manager there) who was very efficient, professional and kind and the pricing was very affordable.
