I would like to say Rita is awesome. My Husband and I had to rent a storage unit after being terminated form our previous job due to my illness at Watson & Taylor Self Storage (and knowing from experience how they actually feel about their employees and tenants) there was NO WAY I would ever rent from ANY of their locations. But Rita went above and beyond to assist us. As mentioned being a property manager at Watson & Taylor self storage I am very big on customer service and she is the same way. I thought I was the only one that believed my Family (tenants) deserved the best and treated them as family not just another paying customer.
I've had to use storage before and the experience was not great, so wasn't expecting a lot. Uncle Bob's is clean, well-lit, convenient, and the staff is wonderful: Helpful, knowledgable, and efficient. The facilities are incredibly clean, too. I came away so pleased.
