Excellent at keeping in contact. I probably would have gone somewhere else if not for her, because there was not a unit available when I first looked. I truly waited for one to come available because I like her so much..
There is nobody in the Mid-South that does customer service like the great Mrs. Bernice. From set-up to move-out every interaction was approached with a five-star white glove mentality. She simply cannot be beat and this property is lucky to have her running the show. To the owners, your property is in top shape because of her. During a moving process there are so many variables that can cause you to become very frustrated with it all,. However Bernice was very professional and understanding with me, so fortunately, finding storage was not one of those. I would definitely recommend her for all storage needs.

Bernice Johnson is so helpful! Whether I needed help punching in, locating a trash can, closing my account, or just to borrow her key to unlock the lift door, she was always there with a friendly greeting. It seemed like she even knew what I needed before I did! I would recommend her and this location to ANYONE.
