Came from another storage facility that was way too high in price, rude employees, not a clean place, got to Mini Storage and they have the best deals and super nice employees, the facility was very clean and well taken care of. The great service started with customer service that took my reservation over the phone. He worked hard to find me a location with pull up access close to me. I wish I could remember his name but he was great. Once at the location Racheal Henry continued the great service. She was efficient and very knowledgeable with the whole process. The facility and units are very clean and even has a clean smell inside. Staff is very friendly and always prompt to answer questions or address any concerns. Its easy to get in and out of the property and parking is very convenient for loading.
I have had some experience with storage room hunting. Not only that but I have lived at a moving center with storage rooms as the spouse of the manager. I learned to compare the product and time the rental to your advantage(like NOT at the end of a month). So I did. There were storage rooms closer to me. Great product but I needed more options. The storage rooms were all booked for months so I looked elsewhere. I found this place online. Drove by checked out the place and was served by a great lady pitch hitting for management. My visit settled my decision but timing was not right. I had a hold placed and checked back with a tweaking of time of contract and size. Great price, my options covered, and the staff exemplary. This is a safe clean storage facility. And I had no problem with the staff at any time.
The staff was super friendly and professional. The numbers for the storage units where a bit difficult to navigate but, it was not too bad. The doors all lock behind you and they have great security.
