Everything was VERY easy to process and set up.
Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no office actually on site, so you have to call a number to get anything done. But no one ever answers the phone so you have to leave a message and then they will text you back usually. Trying to get in the first time is difficult because you cannot pay and register ahead and you have to wait till the day you are moving in, so that makes you show up at the gate with no code and then you call a phone number and do a 20 minute plus check in while the moving truck set behind me. The lady was nice when I finally got a hold of her and she walked me through the process, but having to wait until the day you check in to do this is silly. I tried to do it ahead of time and they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let me. Then the unit I used, which was their biggest unit, which had a garage door on the front and the back of the unit. So I was forced to buy two padlocks at $14 apiece for two doors. Except when I got into the garage one of the padlocks had a broken key in the padlock , so the lady told me I just had to go to Walmart and purchase another padlock and use mine instead of theirs. I also have to go find specific homeowners insurance paperwork to email them the proves that my homeowners pays for the insurance. so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little more complicated but reality is they are the cheapest place around, so it was worth the pain to get the rate.
I was checked in quickly and conveniently. Daniel was very cordial. When we got to the unit it was clean and easily accessible. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The person at this facility was awesome. She explained everything well and the facility was very clean . Melissa was very professional.
Melissa was outstanding. She asked questions to determine what our need was and then went about making sure that the unit/s she presented fit that need. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with her.
This facility is fantastic and Melissa did a great job selling me on the unit- it was an awesome price with a great 3 month deal to bring me in. I like the location and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easily accessible. I will be recommending this storage unit in the future.
I was struggling to find the address and called them in advance to see if they were open. By chance it so happened the staff was still working so I drove up with my Penske truck full of stuff and one of the staff memebers came out and greeted me and took my SpareFoot reservation like if it was during normal business hours. No fuss or negative vibes from the staff, I was even taken on a tour on their golf cart despite it being locked up for the day. I felt very comfortable and pleased with the service I received
