One of the few places that were open after 5, to start that was pertinent due to my work schedule. The location is super convenient and the manager, Pam, is very nice and helpful. The process was easy to get a unit in very little time.
Friendly service and a good price.
I hate putting my stuff in storage but if I must, Public storage is the place I prefer!! Especially the one on Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC near the mall. It's always clean, well lit at night and security is on point. The manager Pam has been there a long time and knows her product! If you aren't sure about the size you need she can tell you. She is always courteous and helpful and I highly recommend this storage company. The prices are reasonable and they always have specials.
Great experience!!! Registration online was easy..Manager called to confirm appointment time. She was friendly once I arrived to pay and move in. She showed me where my storage unit would be to confirm if it was correct. Process was fast and simple.
Pam was very nice and help to find me the storage unit that suited my needs. She asked the right questions to know the size I needed. Pam also showed me different units to make sure I agreed on what she felt like I needed. Excellent customer service!!!!! Very pleased with my overall experience.
