Went in to inquire and left with a unit rented. Staff was very knowledgeable and led me through the process very easily. Set everything up right in the office and I was on my way. Unit is perfect for my needs and at a very reasonable price.

I needed a unit that was accessible for delivery of my stuff. This facility appears adequate for that. Jarita was amazing and so friendly. She was genuinely interested in meeting my needs. The grounds are very clean and it seems to be very secure.
I moved into a 10x20 unit 5 months ago and chose it because the rates were very competitive, the facility was new, and location was easily accessible. I recently had an issue with my invoicing and the location manager and the district manager acted quickly and professionally to get the issued resolved. Very pleased.
Just signed up for a unit so can only report on the quality of the 'sign-up process' service provided when initially renting it, and on the appearance of the unit - both which were excellent. Carolyn saved/reserved a unit for us a week or so back and when I cam back to lock it in she remembered my name and was very polite, professional, and efficient in handling the paperwork. So far everything about this (our first time) is top shelf.
