I arrived to my storage to discover it was leaking water and back wall wax damaged ( like it was kicked in from other side), so I requested to change. Luckily there was a storeroom of same size 20x25 available. Manager on site was helpful, however, they would charge me for moving, ( before I actually even moved my stuff in). There was no recourse or option because he said ‘the system ‘ requires it. I was flabbergasted but paid because I had a lot of stuff to move I. And it was freezing cold with freezing ice rain.
I stopped pass yesterday guess they were closed which sucked lol but I did speak to someone name Mae she said she didn't work this site but still informed me on some information and about the people who did which I thought was nice beings though she was off and this was not her location..

The manager went the extra mile for me. The facility hours are the problem, otherwise I would give 5 stars. I value 24x7 access, but in most cases proximity and price will most likely determine which storage facility I will choose. I'm happy with my choice though, since you were there for me when I needed you most.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Elevator broken near our unit.
Great check in on Tuesday. But today when I went to move boxes, the elevator closest to my unit was broken, which I didn't find out until I was in it, darkness and all. There was not a sign on it. Very annoying, had to carry all of my boxes up the stairs or walk all of the way around the corner to another elevator. They need to fix it.
