It was an overall good experience, and the unit was just enough to fit everything in
I thought that when I went to the unit, it would be available right away, but I had to wait a couple hours.
The only problem I had was when I showed up my storage unit had a lock on it and there was noone there to assist. I called 3 different numbers and could not speak to a live person. Thankfully, within 20 minutes someone showed up. Everything was fine after that. The entire facility is very nice and really clean. I definitely recommend.
The team onsite was friendly, professional, helpful and the facility is modern, clean and extremely convenient! I've looked at other storage options over the past year, and this one checked all the boxes for what I wanted. This was a GREAT FIND in terms of helping me with my storage needs, including being secure and offering indoor loading and unloading. An all-around positive experience!

Taonya- The Castle Shannon manager was super helpful and on the ball when I went to get a 10x25 unit last week. She was very efficient, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend going to this storage unit. It’s very bright light and temperature controlled and very safe. They had plenty of boxes for sale too. And the doors are “Smart Doors” Bonus! I feel comfortable when I’m here.
