Did not know until the last minute if we were going to be a pitstop for our college grad. Went online, found availability, got the call the next day, and I had my choice of two units. Either one would have been great. Got the paperwork signed over lunch, and we are ready for our son to land at home for a couple of weeks.

Was able to move in quick, great price, lock provided. Unit itself was a bit dirty but overall a good experience.
Customer service was great. And receiving a complimentary lock was a bonus. We had a problem on move-in day - the lock function on the overhead door was broken. The door was unlocked when we left to get another load. However, the lock was fixed when we returned. Concerns: I was quoted $69 for the unit, but paid $99. Directional signs would be convenient to know what row of buildings the rented unit was located. Plus, the numbers on the unit doors should be larger for easier identification. But overall, we were pleased with our experience.
