Facility Reviews
I live very close to WCSSLO, I was pleased with the clean appearance of the facility, the Customer Service, and the pricing, the security feathers, and I especially liked the elevators, it's a back saver for me
Very clean and friendly ........
The access code, given to each customer, is used to enter the faculty, operate the elevator and exit the facility. It's a very secure area. My favorite feature is the covered loading and unloading parking spots!
Best customer service hands down. The facility is always clean and the employees are actually helpful and friendly.
It doesn't get much better than this facility. All features are top notch. Safe, secure in a great location
clean, new facility. Convenient!
Wonderful. I absolutely love this storage facility. I have a few units in the past at other places and no where else can compare to this facility. The guy at the front desk is so helpful and cares about customers being happy with their decisions. I refuse to go anywhere else. If I need to store stuff I only choose this facility because its the right choice and most fair. once you come here you know they are the best around and their is no need to ever go anywhere else
Melissa did a great job helping us decide on the proper size unit for our needs. We looked at multiple units and she was gracious in getting us set up. A very clean facility with easy access, big elevators, and easy access loading and unloading.
The sizing of the unit I requested isn't 5x5 like I was expecting. It's more like 4.5 x 4.5, which caused a problem because I specifically asked if a queen size bed would fit and I was told yes. I measured my mattress ahead of time, too. If the unit is one or two inches short of 5x5 Sq feet, that is fine. But a half of a foot is significant.
I just had to return my lock That wasn't compatible with the new system because they use a special one that is really safe and secure!
