All good so far, they were helpful and the unit is as described! You do need a cylinder lock but they sell them there for $25.
Very helpful and friendly customer service
I had got a 10×10 unit for 40 per month. With only an emailed notification my unit jumped up to 164 pretty month. I had never agreed on that price and why if there are several cheaper units of the same size was I charged for the most expensive one that size? I wouldn't recommend this facility because it's robbery. Units with discounts in the beginning will end up being outrageous in the end with no way to negotiate you will be stuck! Make sure to look Around and be sure if the amount after discount period ends is reasonable and within YOUR BUDGET SO YOU DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE WE DID. Now we have to choose between storage and other bills and can't risk losing our belongings
Great location near max and very secure building
I found that my summer toys and tools were not going to be safe or secure for the winter and needed a place to put my stuff. I did nearly all the renting online in no time. The place is easy to get to off a bus too, since I do not drive or have a car. The place is brand new and sparkles like it. The two employees were helpful and friendly. I am happy with my choice so far.
