Facility Reviews
Would like to have a bigger unit if one is ever available.
I have had a storage unit here for a year now. The people are super friendly and its easy to get to and big units to store all my junk in. Would reccomend this to all my buds.
VERY NICE PLACE! MANAGEMENT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE USED THIS PLACE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
Management very friendly and helpful and grounds always clean
Awesome customer service. Automatic withdrawal close to home I'm real happy with this place.
The only problem that I have is keeping bugs out of it. Unit 76
After the 2013 tornados, we were lucky enough to be able to recover belongings, but had nowhere tto store them while our home was rebuilt. Like so many others, we were suddenly out hunting a unit and we fortunate to find a unit close to home at American Storage. It was the last one, and was outside the security fence, usually used to show new customers, and for their company storage. We took it anyway. In the next month or so, one inside the security fence opened and we were able to transfer there. Debbie, the manager, has been so helpful throughout. We still keep some storage things there, even though we've been in our new home for some time. It has been a pleasure.
It is a good safe place to store things. Clean and well lit.
