Excellent customer service. The facility is also a U-Haul drop off, so was able to unload the truck and leave it there. You need to have a special lock for your unit which they sell there for the same price you would pay at Loweﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s/walmart. They have 2 flat carts you can use to get your stuff from the truck to your unit. That made it so fast to empty the truck and easy to unload into your unit. I miscalculated the unit size I needed and they made it so easy to switch to a larger unit.
Fine place to go. The staff was very friendly and was very polite about the veterans discount.
