I had a very pleasant experience with this facility while selling our house and would use them again. Plus they paid for us to use a UHaul to move-in, you can only use to move-in though, not move-out. I highly recommend them.

This is not your fault because I could see that you had a very bad storm and some flooding. We did need a boat to get into your facility but because we have a Suburban we were able to get thru. We were very nervous because we did not know how deep the "puddle" was and it did reach the bottom of the door to the trailer. I don't think it did any damage. One other thing, there was a camper bus in our assigned space so we just unhitched the trailer and left it at the end of the lot where there were no numbers. It should be OK and to let you know, I am amazed and impressed with your web page to get feedback. We were going to call you tomorrow to let you know where we parked our trailer. Nice and quick and easy to move in.
Initially I rented a 10x10 unit to store my car in for the winter. I made the mistake of believing that my car was only 7 feet long (I still don't know where I got that from). I ended up having to go back and get a 10x15. Customer service was amazing and the transfer from a smaller to a bigger unit was very quick and easy. I wasn't charged anything extra except the difference in price of the smaller and larger units. The facility is easy to navigate, with plenty of room to maneuver vehicles around. It also appears very secure, with barbed wire fences and secure passcodes per customer. I would recommend Airport Depot Self Storage to anyone who asks!
Paper work was very easy and I didn't meet any difficulties I thought. Whatever, there are two things that you may need to improve. First, you said you can provide free truck to move in or move out. But you just gave me a voucher for $40 which's not enough for asking a truck because the smallest van was not available and big ones were too expensive. Maybe you can provide a connected service. And as you know, your storage is so far away from Toledo city center. Second, we were troubled when we drive the car into it. All of us didn't know how to open the gate and we were not able to open it without the help of. I think you can make it easier.
Easy access to units. Plenty of parking so that more than one vehicle can unload at the same time.
