Renting the unit and moving in was an extremely easy and quick process. I personally rented my unit on the 4th and moved in a couple days later using express checkin without any hassle. Quiet place thats pretty out of the way, didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t run into other tenants while storing items here. Units are clearly marked and you can drive up to all of them, but the lanes between units are a bit too narrow on the higher/lower unit numbers to back a car straight into the space (plenty of space to pull past the unit and load that way). Great place, great value!
The staff was friendly (I called in) and responsive (I moved things in a day after the reservation), the space was as clean as would be expected, the size was as expected, the rate was exceptional for the size, and it's out of the buzz of the city in a cute little area. Not heated or sheltered from the elements if you need that (I didn't). Also, you won't be able to back directly up to the unit if you have a larger vehicle, but you can still back down the row and park in front of it.
Prompt follow up and calls to coordinate a second unit at this location in Rush. Manager and online system could not be easier to work with. Unit was super clean inside and ready to move in with house belongings.
This is my second unit with this site and communication and info was prompt and accurate with this service and the local management for the physical site. The process operates well and the manager from the local location makes a big difference in how the process goes. They had all my previous info ready and it tooks minutes. The actual unit was clean and ready to move in (no sweeping). The online forms and billing couldn't be easier too.

There was nothing to complain about. Did majority of it online and some office stuff - other than that there was nothing else to do but move in. Unit was easy to find and very clean. No complaints so far. Don't see there being any either. However it would be nice if the units had lights to be able to move stuff even when it's dark. Chris K.
The reserving of this unit is quick and painless but actually moving in is another story, because unless you move in on their time, you have no idea what unit is yours. We got there at 6pm last night and they closed at 4pm. They should have called to confirm we were still coming, or called to tell us which unit was ours, or even just have left us a note. We had a uhaul full of furniture and only had it for 2 1/2 more hours so we picked an empty unit and emptied our uhaul into it.
