The storage clerk who helped me was very polite and even walked me to my storage unit to Make sure I was comfortable with my selection. And being that it was my first time as a Cube Smart customer, he even showed my how to use my access code to operate the elevator. I was left with a great feeling of ease and knew that my belongings would be safe with people like that watching over my things. Glad I chose you guys.
The storage forgot to mention to me about the extra insurance price before I get there.I talked to them 3 times and they didn't mention anything. That's really bad because I would have had a choice to choose elsewhere ( which would have been closer to my place) if I had know about the extra cost before hand.
