Geat value, great service and great location. Except no customer bathroom
This place was so great. The customer service was amazing and they really made sure we were happy. For instance the original she'd we were supposed to have has a faulty lock. Instead of letting us deal with it they just gave us the shed right next to it. I was also amazed that later that same day they had someone working on the one with a faulty lock to fix it. Great rates too. It's the cheapest I found for the size I needed.
Unit was dirty but they came out and cleaned it immediately while I waited. Unit latch was difficult to slide but the maintenance guy came and opened it for me and showed me a couple of tricks to make opening it easier. I found I couldn't use the lock I'd bought for the unit but they gave me a free one when I showed them that my lock wouldn't work. There are NO bathroom facilities available here!!! The clerks at the EconoLodge Hotel were nice. They work for the hotel AND this storage facility.

I choose this storage facility to store some furniture and some other of my belongings. And I'm really happy I did, the customer service is great and the prices for the different sized units are very reasonable. And the security to get into the facility was the best, especially knowing your property is well protected. There really wasn't any other storage facility that I could find that was better. I would definitely go to and use Buffalo South Storage again.
The unit is exactly what was promised and at a cheaper price than most others. The only problem I had was when I first opened the unit the floor was covered in dust and left over small items from the last person. The maintenance guy was nice enough to come over and clean it out for me along with greasing up the door so it didn't stick. Excellent service.
