Great customer service. The only thing is we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know we would be charged for a lock and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t inform us that we would have to walk with oneﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ other than that it was a great experience.

If you have a unit that's far from the office, grab your cart before you attend your space. The staff is friendly, but the hallways seem a bit narrower than other facilities. I am pleased with my purchase.

Overall has been a good experience. Customer service from the staff at this Public Storage location have been very helpful and the move-in process was a piece of cake. The only negative is that the storage unit is smaller than advertised. I signed up for a 10' x 10' unit, but in reality it's more like 10' x 8'6". The prices were still very competitive but I would have liked more transparency on the actual unit size because it could have risked me being able to fit all of my items with the misleading dimensions provided to me.
I checked a few storage places in my area until I decided Public Storage was the one. Reasons are #1 Brian. I called and was very happy with his professionalism. Reason #2 was Donovon who was just as good. Alot of questions ( they were making sure I had what I needed) and I understand why now. The space is just what I needed, with some room to spare..Oh, and the price was just right for me.
